I feel very fortunate to have my dental care provided by Dr. Wan and his staff. Every one of them is welcoming, professional, and competent. The staff remembers who I am and previous conversations that we've had; Dr. Wan remembers details from my previous 6month visit such as the the trip we were planning to take. Most of all, I trust the dental care and experience of Dr. Wan and Evangelina, the dental hygienist.

I urge people to avoid this office. To start they’re not in network with insurance companies! So you will be paying for the majority of your treatment out of pocket! They also have increasingly high office fees! Over $2,000 for a crown is ridiculous. I signed my treatment plan, was told my insurance would pay some of my treatment costs, all for the doctor to add an additional $800 while I was sitting in the chair getting worked on! Come to find out, my insurance was not going to pay the amount the office manager Ashley told me. Ashley told me she spoke to my insurance on the phone as well. I called my insurance company after the fact to find out no communication from Ashley, or this office in general happened! And the prior authorization I requested, was NEVER submitted. This office is just a cash grab. They don’t care about your oral health. The office manager is shady and the assistants are over worked. The doctor was extremely rude to his assistant as well. The dynamic of this office is off and I couldn’t wait to get out of the chair. Trying to express my concerns with Ashley, the office manager, literally felt like pulling teeth. Ashley was SO condescending and rude

Have been a patient here for 20+ years. Was told that a mouthguard for only the bottom would be $1400. I asked for a call back or email for some less expensive options. Crickets. Very disappointed. There was a couple other issues too long to rehash. Currently looking for a new provider. Dr wan and evalina are both great. Office staff need to be replaced.

I have a lot of dentist anxiety from previous experiences, and I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Wan and his team. Absolutely everyone at the office is a gem, especially Evelina, the hygienist. I've had multiple fillings, exams, x-rays and a cleaning, and every appointment has been as easy as a dental visit can be. They do great work, and I've been treated with kindness, compassion and respect.

I needed a filling done on short notice and Olympia Dental Center really took care of me and exceeded my expectations in every regard. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and really made me feel at ease. The pricing was fair and transparent and everything was discussed up front before proceeding. Dr. Wan is highly professional, provided detailed and comprehensive explanations of his findings and ensured I understood each step of the procedure before continuing my care. I really appreciate ODC being available when I needed to be seen quickly and I will be continuing my dental care with them in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone.
